    These concepts were to explore different directions the new Etsy global navigation could take. I tried different concepts consisting of more graphical treatments, clean UI, or concepts using more typical navigation conventions.

  • Help Redesign

    This was an overhaul redesign for the prior Help section. Not only to update the visual design, but to provide a better user experience for users; better organization for content, and implementation of more dynamic search. The new Help section also adds personalization -- being able to ask question, provide help history, rating answers and notification services. It is also powered by RightNow.

  • Style Guide Redesign

    The redesign was a visual, UI and content reorganization. This guide was for internal and external use, primarily for third party relations. It was meant to be an easy way for users quickly scan and find what they needed. The new messaging styles were also included in the guide.

  • Search Advertising

    This is Etsy search making the transition to include sponsored search results, in similar fashion to ebay. These concepts were merely exploratory.

  • Showcase Gateway

    The Etsy Showcase is an advertising program for sellers. They are able to purchase 24 hour spots on the Showcase Gateway. This widget is meant to help minimize confusion and provide easier usability. The calendar view was also meant to help users sort through spots much more easily.
